周盼盼：籍贯安徽，博士，硕士生导师，天津大学管理学博士，普渡大学访问学者、宾夕法尼亚州立大学联合培养博士，主要从事统计过程控制、试验设计等方向的研究，主持和参与多项国家、省部级和厅级项目，在CIE、QREI、QTQM等质量领域权威期刊发表论文多篇，指导学生参加全国高校商业精英挑战赛、大学生创新训练计划项目、亚太地区大学生数学建模竞赛等获国家级/省级/校级奖项，获多项省级和校级教学奖项。
