陈欣，男，山东青岛人，教授，博士，硕士研究生导师，东南大学博士后，美国华盛顿大学(University of Washington)访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家社科基金后期资助项目、教育部人文社科项目和产学合作协同育人项目、江苏省社科项目、江苏省教育厅社科项目等国家级和省部级科研项目以及多项横向课题。近年来在Transportation Research Part A、Transportation Research Part E、Business Strategy and Environment、Computers & Industrial Engineering等高水平期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI/SSCI收录10余篇，多篇为ABS3星期刊论文；出版学术专著和教材各1部，获得授权发明专利5项。
