叶璟，1988年12月生，河南郑州人，南京航空航天大学管理科学与工程专业博士毕业，研究方向为灰色系统理论、预测分析与评价、食品安全管理与风险预警等。兼任中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会灰色系统专业委员会理事、The Journal of Grey System（JGS）编委，在《Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation》、《Soft Computing》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《The Journal of Grey System》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《控制与决策》等期刊发表论文数十篇。
